Certified Data Destruction

On-Site or Off-Site; Wiped, punched or shredded?

IT data security is often more important to businesses than environmental compliance.

All Hard Disk Drives (HDD) are kept in locked cages until it is time for data destruction.  Data is sanitized using industry standard equipment and practices a Department of Defense (DOD) compliant process for three wipe Low Level Format (LLF).

Data on the HDD's is not copied or kept.  If the HDD's fail the wipe process, they are then punched or shredded.  Destroyed materials are sent to a refiner.

The Certificate of Data Destruction (CODD) is created on a serialized basis for each HDD received.

The Certified Data Destruction services can be performed at our partners facility or we can schedule a time for the ULTIMATE IN SECURITY--On-Site Certified Data Destruction.
